A safety net for colleagues
Employees who have financial difficulties due to personal circumstances are not on their own at Facilicom Group. They can appeal to the Facilicom Social Fund. Whether it is for a new pair of glasses or braces for one of the children, the Social Fund offers a practical way of taking care of each other in the working environment as well.
Everyone contributes
The Social Fund was set up as a foundation in 1981 and provides help for those with financial difficulties. Payments are made on the basis of a request and are primarily made for medical costs that are not or only partly covered by insurance. Everyone who becomes a member contributes one euro per month. Half of our employees already participate in the scheme. It is an excellent way of creating a safety net for colleagues. The Fund’s board is completely made up of employees and they are responsible for managing the Fund and assessing requests.
